How much are Xtramile services?
Standard residential cleaning is $35 per hour and move-in or move-out cleaning is $40 per hour. Specialized services such as janitorial, ship and office cleaning are quoted individually after an inspection. Call (709) 697-9436 for pricing.

How often do you clean?
Daily, bi-weekly, monthly and one-time cleaning.
Do I pay for estimates?
No. Estimates are free.
What are the payment options?
We accept cheques and Interac e-Transfers. You can also pay securely online through our Pay Online page.
Can I get an estimate over the phone?
We do not give estimates over the phone. Estimates are provided after an inspection, so your quote reflects your actual space.
Do you have business liability insurance?
Yes, we do. Anthony Insurance is our insurance provider.
Are employees screened with background checks?
Yes, all employees are screened.
Do I provide cleaning supplies?
It depends on the choice of the client.
What is your cancellation policy?
Scheduled appointments require 48 hours' notice, and contract termination requires 2 months' notice.
How do you maintain high standards?
Supervision after every cleaning is a must, carried out by a supervisor.
